Send emails to guests

1. Select the Guest’s Booking
Open the booking calendar and select the booking of the guest to whom you want to send the email.
Check whether an email address is stored for the guest.
If no address is available, enter one before proceeding with the sending process.

2. Sending the Email
Click the "Email" button to start the sending process.
Select one of the available email templates to be used for the message.
Then click "Send" to send the email to the guest.

3. Email History
After sending, the sent email will appear in the email history on the right side of the user interface.
You can also view the complete history of all sent emails under Info/Email.

Sending Method via the ZimmerSoftware Server
By default, emails are sent through the ZimmerSoftware mail server.
Alternatively, you can configure your own SMTP server under Settings/Email & Chat to send emails through your own server, which helps reduce the likelihood of emails being marked as spam.
